You can now log your Vision support calls with the Vision Helpline instead of through the NWIS Primary Care Service Desk. Vision's customer support is open 07:00-19:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00-13:00 on Saturdays for GP practices in Wales.

The GP2GP transfer process allows electronic patient records (EPR) to move between GP practices securely. In Scotland, there's a new update to GP2GP that now allows the transfer of clinical Read coded information, as well as scanned information in the patient's record, to move quickly and securely.
