Our new solution is divided into two applications: Appointments, which handles the day-to-day booking activities, and Appointments Setup, designed for the management. This update helps practices streamline the process of managing resources and demand across collaborative care settings, ultimately improving both availability and patient access.
With the right permissions in place, you can now easily access patient details, including contact information, next of kin, carers, preferences, notes, and even reminders and alerts. Complete appointment histories are readily available, no matter where the patient has been seen, ensuring continuity of care across different settings.
One of the key features of the new system is the ability to view appointment availability weeks in advance with just a single click. This makes it easy to schedule or reschedule sessions as needed, helping you to manage resources more efficiently and better meet patient demand.
In addition, a range of reports is available directly within the Appointments application. These reports provide insights into appointment data and patient histories over any chosen timeframe, across all care settings. For specific tasks like booking vaccinations or recalls, patient lists can also be imported into the system, streamlining the process even further.
