We are receiving reports from Vision 3 users on release DLM 830 onwards that they are unable to utilise the View option to display MedLink, eConsult and Elemental PDF attachments within a patient’s record.
We are looking in to this issue and will be getting it addressed as soon as we are able.
In the meantime, to view these PDFs from a patient record, right click on the attachment required and select View Attachment:
