We're happy to announce that you can now take full advantage of the GP Connect NHS Digital programme, as the latest DLM 770 version of our Vision 3 clinical system enables GP Connect Appointments functionality.
Introducing the ability to share your practice appointment books with 111, the new DLM 770 release enables the full operation of our recently launched Appointments 2.3.3 application to support emergency services in delivering better care to their patients via extended 24/7 access to appointments across healthcare settings.
And that's not all - with this exciting new release you will also benefit from new prescribing enhancements for managing “As Needed” medication, which allows for improved efficiency and reduced medicine waste:
- When adding therapy items, Vision 3 now automatically recognises dosage instructions which pertain to PRN and marks them as such. This can be manually deselected.
- Items marked as PRN can be viewed in Prescription Manager and optionally printed on a separate prescription(s).
- Separate repeat re-order instructions for patients for PRN items now prints alongside the repeat re-order form for standard medications.
- New practice-wide PRN configuration now available within the Control Panel.
- Works with paper and electronic prescribing.
