***Resolved*** GP2GP Filing Issue Post Vision 3 Release DLM 830

Please be advised that Vision 3 release DLM 830 does not currently recognise Read Code 65EE.00 Administration of Intranasal influenza vaccination as a valid immunisation code.

This is causing any incoming records via GP2GP to return a Filing Failed, ‘Incomplete Imms XML - elements missing’ message in Mail Manager.

We are working on an urgent fix for this, but in the meantime, please be aware that there is a risk of you:

  • Calling in a patient for a dose they have already received leading to a potential double dose.
  • Giving a second dose and recording it as a first dose in a patient aged 2 – 9 years in a clinical risk group.
  • Giving a second dose sooner than the recommended minimum 4 weeks after a first dose for a patient aged 2 – 9 years in a clinical risk group.

We recommend you speak to the parent or carer of any new under 18 years of age patients before administering an intranasal vaccination, to ensure these scenarios are avoided.
