The electronic frailty index (eFI) uses the existing information within the electronic primary health care record to identify populations of people aged 65 and over who may be living with varying degrees of frailty.
After previously removing this calculator from Vision+, we have now finally released an updated version of this calculator to all customers throughout the UK.
To get the new eFI calculator for your practice, simply go into the Download Web Files option in Vision+ and download from there.
