Dear Customer,
Please be advised several practices are unable to connect to our Aeros Hosted services in England. This is due to a network fault within the datacentre. This is also affecting Vision 360, Vision Anywhere and Patient Services
Engineers are working on this as a priority, practices may be able to reconnect but may experience further connectivity issues whilst we resolve the issue.
