Please be aware the Coronavirus (Covid-19) Clinical Audit has just been updated, the latest version is Version 6, dated 21/4/2020.
We are pleased to confirm that the SNOMED CT and Vision Local Codes release containing the new Coronavirus and COVID-19 clinical terms has been released and should be available for use within the next couple of days.
As extensively reported, 1.5 million at risk patients are to be contacted and given advice with regards to Coronavirus/Covid-19. NHS Digital has supplied us with a list of patient NHS numbers in the ‘at risk’ group. These patients have been identified using several national databases, for example cancer registers and prescribing data. Overnight tonight, a one off utility will be run on your patient records, any patients falling in the ‘at risk’ group as specified by NHS Digital will have Read code 9d44 Potential infectious contact added to their record.
To comply with the new Infant Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine (PCV) schedule, introduced in January this year (2020), we have created a new entry on the Immunisations screen for the new 2 dose schedule
