Cegedim Healthcare Solutions have been made aware of an issue whereby the clinical content of certain message types, as follows, is not being displayed in the Vision 3 Consultation Manager mailbox view on Cegedim Cloud hosted systems:
• Vision Common Format
• GP2GP Record Transfer
Instead, for these message types, the following Javascript error message is displayed:

Note that these messages and the clinical data they contain are still being filed successfully to patient notes for viewing.
A fix has been established and we will implement this to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we would ask that users of Cegedim Cloud hosted Vision 3 systems encountering this error message instead use Vision 3 Mail Manager or the main Consultation Manager screen to view the content of the messages that cannot be displayed in the Consultation Manager mailbox view.
Vision 3 Mail Manager can still be used to action the messages without issue.
