Signing in to Vision Anywhere every day.
You must sign in to Vision Anywhere every day to ensure all patients with appointments are downloaded and records are kept up to date for Business Continuity.
When you sign in to Vision Anywhere and choose your appointment book, all the patients who have appointments 7 days either side of today, in the selected appointment book, automatically download to your device.

Vision Anywhere enables you to have access to patients' medical records when you are offline due to internet connection issues, carry on consulting and then upload recorded consultations when connectivity is restored.
After signing in, if you do not want to use Vision Anywhere at the moment, close it using Close X in the top right corner. This leaves Vision Anywhere running in your system tray which allows the business continuity solution to continue running in the background.
