Update: Engineering teams need to reboot the helpline phone systems therefore the helpline numbers will be unavailable between 12:30 and approximately 12:50
We are currently experiencing intermittent difficulties with or phone system which we are working to resolve. Intermittently we are unable to receive incoming calls at times and helpline number ring without any welcome or queue messages.
We recommend that customers log any non-urgent issues via our Customer Support Form and we will contact you back as quickly as possible. Alternatively you can email the helpline via helpline@visionhealth.co.uk
