We have introduced the QOF Templates (Northern Ireland) data entry form to enable GP practices in Northern Ireland to, in conjunction with the recently released QOF Clinical Audits, enter relevant QOF data in advance of receiving the QOF39 Business Rules to be released in SIS10645.
