NHS Digital have restarted affected services and are monitoring A number of England practices are reporting issues connecting to services, including Vision and Consultation Manager, using smartcards. If you are affected by this please work offline (without smartcards) as a workaround. We are investigating possible causes at this time with NHS Digital teams
