We have received reports that when using the floating drop target prescription function from Vision 3 to copy a previously prescribed Repeat Batch prescription, the item selected can change to a different item:
We strongly advise you to refrain from using this functionality.
Until this issue is rectified, to copy an item:

From Consultation Manager, select the patient required and open a consultation.

Locate the item to copy, right click on it and select Copy.

Carefully check the details are correct and then issue in the usual way.
