GP Notes Update Interim Release - England and Wales only

From Registration, when you are updating a patient's details, the Registration Acceptance and Amendment Reason screens have a new Leave notes blank option. As Select amendment reason and or enter free text are no longer mandatory, Leave notes blank is selected by default:

If you want to select a reason or add any comments, remove the tick and complete as required.
