Users please note that if you are using Vision+ for your SMS messaging, there's an important change you will need to make to ensure that your messages are being delivered successfully to your patients.
Our SMS messaging service providers are now blocking any messages with a Sender ID of 'NHS_NOREPLY'. To ensure successful delivery of messages, you will need to make sure your Vision+ settings are configured to use the approved Sender ID of 'NHSNoReply'. You can do this from the SMS settings in Vision+.
It is important to make this change as soon as possible to ensure that all messages are reaching the intended recipients.
