The Kidney Failure Risk (5yr) calculator is now available for download by practices in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
The calculator can be downloaded via the Download Web Files tool in Vision+ and can be used to determine the probability of kidney failure in your patients. It may also be useful for patient and provider communication, triage and management of kidney referrals and timing of dialysis access placement and living related kidney transplant.
