[New release] Viewing data in Outcomes Manager

We are changing how CCGs and health boards view data in Outcomes Manager, for the better. If you deal with reporting, analysing and viewing patient data, in the new version, you will be able to view data in the 'Reporting' navigation instead of the 'Service Management' module.

The data functionality is being moved to the 'Reporting' module to improve the navigation of Outcomes Manager and enhance usability.  

Streamlining the user interface is the first step in the coming months to improving the performance of Outcomes Manager.

For several CCG's and health boards, who use the 'Service Management' module, this will have little or no impact. If you still require access to viewing data, please contact the Outcomes Manager Service Desk on 0845 521 1241 and request an update to your Outcomes Manager licences.

Once activated, you will see an additional Reporting module available on your Outcomes Manager home screen.
