System Admins need to Review Staff Email Addresses

A valid email address is required in Vision 3 so that staff can access other Vision products such as Vision Anywhere, Tasks, Appointments & Appointments Set-up.

To check that all your staff have valid email addresses, you can review their details in Control Panel - File Maintenance or run a report which will show all your staff details (see our Excel Staff Report and follow the instructions).

It is essential that email addresses are entered in lower case. See Managing Staff Email Addresses for details on adding and updating staff email addresses.
