A number of customers were experiencing errors when opening Vision. This was due to an failure on a Vision plus server, which engineers have now resolved. Any customers still experiencing an error please log out and back into Vision.
The workaround during the outage was to move the error to the side of the screen, do not choose ok or close the error and customers were able to continue working. Vision Plus was be unavailable however other services should work as normal
