We have introduced the QAIF Retired Indicators pathway to enable GP practices in Wales to improve patient care by reinstating some retired QAIF indicators.
The reports and template are based on retired QAIF indicators and do not include any denominator or exception rules. They simply provide the key numeric indicators and negative reporting lines.
This pathway is not mandated by Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) or NHS Wales.
